This is a pic of Rouge the Bat, dressed as one of the antiheroes and master thief in the DC Comics, Selina Kyle aka Catwoman since there was a collaboration between Sega and DC in celebration of the comic book company’s 90th Anniversary.
I might’ve even combined the style of outfits with the regular Catwoman costume and the other from the Batman movie, “Batman: Caped Crusader”
