Sonic12 can sometimes make the game, SONIC12, play like a regular, poorly-made Sonic fan-game with no disturbance whatsoever.
He can regenerate any damaged tissue if possible. He doesn't do that most the time since he likes pain.
Sonic12 can get too excited torturıng the others, as he would let them live in a excruciating pain close to death.
Sonic12 is capable to contort the person's own perspective of reality as a way to freak them out.
He can also do this in his game as well.
Sonic12 could transform into his Super Sonic form. But since the Chaos Emeralds don't have that functionality in Sonic 1, it's unlikely.
