Found some kind of old obscure DS game from a yard sale - and it was called "My Seal Beanie".

The gameplay is janky and makes no sense, but the cutscenes make up for it.

Arctic Emerald takes it to the next level... Sonic 2 but Seal will be a part of my fangame collection:
