I started playing Sons of The Forest and I was finally able to build my small cabin. The cannibals kept wanting to kill me and destroy my stuff. It was quite irritating because I kept killing them, ended up captured or dead lol.  

I cut so many trees for just one small cabin. My place of residence is on top of a cliff overlooking the ocean. It’s the somewhat safest location I discovered. Sucks I’m not near creeks though. I have to travel quite far to fill my water canteen. I’m working on building a defense wall so I’m no longer randomly ambushed. I’m having a hard time figuring out how to do it though. I’m following instructions, but I can’t get the logs to be exactly next to each other. They have gaps. Not sure what I’m doing wrong there, oh well.

I also found the 3D printer after exploring several caves. This took trial and error on my part, but I got loads of goodies.

I ran into Veronica unexpectedly and it scared the crap out of me. She moves almost like a spider it’s freaky dude.

I’m really enjoying the game and it relaxes me while playing. It’s fall for me now in the game, so I have to hurry and get my furniture built.

Regarding the game’s opening, it was pretty meh. I found it funny how the MC tried to save the one dude after just watching him fall. Talk about a late reaction. None of the characters seem to speak and something’s off about them. The one companion is almost alien like haha.
