Pixel art IRL.

I didn’t know wtf around my house would make an aesthetic background so I just grabbed some pretty rocks.

It happened! I made my first sale!

Backstory: I drew the frog (left) for my friend. She said “oh, It would be so funny if she pulled mace out of her purse!”

So I drew her with a mace (right). I show my friend. She’s cackling. She meant pepper spray. I misinterpreted. The frog is now an OC.

Originally, I was going to make it a blue forest, but tried a warm yellow glow just to see what would happen, and fell in love with it, sooo... Maybe a blue forest will happen another time.

Instead of making art with big pixels, small canvas I used many teenie pixels and big canvas.
