Sorry for dropping off the face of the planet (again). I was finally able to create a revamped inventory screen with working buttons and actually visible stats. Good lord I hate designing a UI. #gamedev #indiedev #pixelart #videogamedesign

The battle system is pretty much at a point where I can afford to take a break from it (for now, since it's actually playable), which means it's time for the first battle of the game - a boss battle with a VERY pissed off demoness! #gamedev #pixelart

So I originally wanted to make this little guy fully bipedal, but visualizing that in my head... It wouldn't have looked good at all. So I just stuck with the quadrepedal walk instead. #gamedev #indiedev #pixelart #videogamedesign #videogames

I finished it up a while back, but items can now be used in battle. Why's the item brighter than the rest of the screen? I'm trying to fix that, but it's not exactly obvious to me how I can make it blend in easily #gamedev #indiedev #pixelart #videogames
