Sorry the presentation isn't great, but just wanted to share the bread I baked today. 
I used ragi and buckwheat flour (mostly ragi). I love how the flour on the outside stays light, but the dough inside is so dark!

Side note, but I think this is the fastest doodle I've ever slapped onto a canvas for a GJ Asks quest, and I was still too late.
