Hey Space Octopus Fans!
We have been quiet since our last update, but we are ready to talk about things. First off, your continued support has been absolutely incredible! We can’t believe there are over 60,000 downloads. Looking at the latest Youtube numbers, we are very close to 10 million views. This is beyond humbling and we can’t thank you enough.
We have a soundtrack sampler for all of you. We have gotten a lot of requests asking where to get the music and we now have your answer. Our composers Kazuma and Wilbert are amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with how the music turned out for the game. You can grab it here.

Also we want to take this moment to announce we are moving forward with expanding “Do You Copy”. We have been quiet because we were trying to figure out next steps. There was a lot to figure out to figure out the best path to take the game and how big we wanted to make it. It’s going to take some time, but we are excited by what’s coming.
Finally, here is a FAQ for a lot of questions we have seen and are sure you all have.
Q: Can you make a port for Xbox, iOS, etc?
A: We would love to put this game on as many devices as possible, but we are going to focus on PC first as we don’t have the resources to develop for multiple platforms at this time.
Q: Can you add multiplayer?
A: We have seen cool ideas that you have all come up with, but we aren’t adding multiplayer. It isn’t the game we want to make this into, and the dev costs go up exponentially when adding multiplayer.
Q: Will it be super long?
A: It will probably be on the shorter side. We would rather create a highly polished game that doesn’t outstay its welcome, but we plan on it being at least a couple hours long. There will still be multiple endings with branching story paths to keep you coming back to discover the mysteries.
Q: How much is this going to cost at launch?
A: We are going to price it fairly depending on how much content ends up being created.
Q: When is it going to come out?
A: We aren’t announcing yet. We have an idea, but we want to make sure we are flexible in case something happens.
So there you have it everyone. Everything is exciting and terrifying right now, but things are moving. We will try to keep things updated monthly. We have a twitter as well where we will be posting.
