Irritation: This effect's counter is added onto this monster's base ATK, but also the DMG they take when hit.
since I'm explaining this a bit poorly:
If a 2 attack froggit attacks a monster that has 2 irritation counters, it will take 4 DMG (2 + 2 (froggit's ATK + irritation counter))
discontinued idea mainly since its just unintentional chargespam fuel
