Twisteds in "Sprout's World" thing will be more dangerous sooo Sprout always gives good items, but if you don't buy these items from him, he will give you less and less useless things.. yeah. that's the idea. =-=

He also discourages toons in the elevator from going further down because he is worried about them. Aww <:3
