Starting work on 0.6.1! I plan to add a PlayerPrefs based highscore keeper, another enemy, an option to have levels shift during gameplay, and release Infinite HP mode as a setting! What do you guys think I should add next?

So, I'm working on a new boost, but I can't figure out what I should use this one for. Should I replace the medkit with it? Or maybe use it for a point multiplier for 5 seconds? I need suggestions, so if you can think of one, tell me!
