State of self post

Utter depression. For real. I am closer and closer to going to uni and exam period is so real.
I'm just trying to exist as a game dev rn

Current state
It's been a long and winding road down the lane since two years ago when I stepped out into the open. I became a game dev coding in C#, and once again since 2021, I am an Alien fan after watching the new movie (solid 7/10, I hate Prometheus)
Made new friends, had depression most of the times... said goodbye to many OCs and an old world from before.
I now work as a developer on a joke game about a trip back in February. But, I'm uncertain about my future. My 18th birthday is just around the corner, and I'm going to uni in two years from now on. Plus, I'm making an entry to H3XX's D2 zine, it's gonna be up on Tumblr after the 12th of December.

What changed?
Screw my old story structure and the previous acts/parts system of my lores. Aswell as most of my OCs, notably, Ancient, Shadowstorm, and everyone else I made. A life had been ruined early September, so did a world go down with it. Undying is the only thing I carried on with myself before ultimately deciding to make a final plotline for Ancient, explaining their final death. The Confrontation. An one part story about the greatest sacrifice of a true neutral I built up to perfection by the end of Act III Part II: Left Hanging. I mourn the loss of an old world, at the rising of a new one.
However, I have evolved my artstyle once again, inventing three new characters. Meet Node-1, Equinox, and Eight, three Exos from the Deep Stone Crypt on Europa, as they try to uncover a mass disappearance and destruction of Exos at the hands of an unknown being.

About Undying
The comic is still going, two pages down! From part 1 of the main comic, at that. You heard me right, Undying is going to have two bonus releases: Part Machine, digging into the eldritch horror elements of Vintage Story, and Knights of the Lost Order, a comic about a survivor of the Rot, a member of a new generation of the Forlorn Hope's knight-scholars. I'm intending to release part 1 of Undying, aka roughly 30 pages, by the end of schoolyear (20th of June 2025)

Well, that's all from me now. Back to work it is, I guess...

Progress with the sketch

Scene 4 is how the Forestborn died prior to the comic's start, the character behind the killing blow won't be revealed and isn't canon to Undying at all other than the death. It's none of the characters in my lores, too.

And the full page progress. Not much improved on scene 4, will make it sometime later.

Undying

The comic's first page is being worked on, rough sketch state

There isn't much to it, just two traditional art scenes left unfinished

I haven't forgotten about this one

Relinearted and colored the head of this silly fellow

My lining pen is out of ink now, unfortunately.

Work-in-progress ref sheet for the Forestborn

Really interesting character in his own way.

I recently drew these two

Chad Malefactor and silly Bronze Locust

Made more progress with the fifth scene.

He was not seen without the Malefactor Whitewood Mask before.

Still cooking...

The two different types of shrimp

Scene 6- art based on the Malefactor class introduction, "Terrible things are done at the heart of despair. She is gone, but you remain."

How I imagined Bearfirth from Story Excerpt-The Morning. The original Malefactor.
