Status: Hiatus

Welcome back!

After a long time of absence and updates on Cold Steel I’ve come to announce the project frozen until further notice.

The reason being that it is a too big and complex for myself to tackle alone at this point in time. Therefore I have decided to freeze development until I have more experience developing smaller titles under my belt and more contacts to work along with in the future.

Thanks for everyone who followed/ checked out this (frankly quite short) devlog.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
