Last week we released 1.11.0, and three minutes later we were already busy with 1.12! As usual we started off with those small usability features that we’ve been postponing for eons; as an example, 1.12 will have a built-in update check that will alert you when a new version has been released.
On the sad part, a few of you have noticed that the game might crash under diverse circumstances, the most common of which is when repairing a ship. This is due to some particles flying off the world bounds undetected; a temporary fix will be released today with a 1.11.1 update, while the more permanent fix will come with some physics optimizations that will likely be implemented in 1.12.
