Steam sucks,,

So I went on Steam to buy Sonic Adventure DX, I apperently bought it according to my card purchases, however it says "pending", so I check on my library and the game ain't there. I go to the help desk and send a submission and the game is right there.

I click on the game and make a report about it not appearing in my library, and my friends told me I had to wait 5 minutes for the transaction to complete itself if in my situation but it's been over 5 minutes and it ain't WORKING. If I lost 8 bucks on nothing I'm gonna be pissed.
