Still working!

Hi fellow Homesteadians!

Due to some, well, foreseen circumstances to be honest, I haven’t had regular access to internet via my dev laptop. It’s pretty old and junky, so it can’t wifi anymore. I’m using a wireless hotspot from the bus stop outside my apartment to post this! I have been working on Homestead though. I add little bits and pieces everyday. Squash bugs and add features. That kind of stuff.

i haven’t been able to blog about it much but I hope to have regular net soon, so I’ll get back on the bloggy development train.

i just wanted you guys to know that it is still under development, and will hopefully hit public alpha this year!

New Update Soon!

GamePads, Biatch! Play with your favourite gamepad! Support is technically limited to Xbox pads, both 360 and One, but should work with any Xinput pad. Have fun, and check the Key Map for controls!

UPDATES ARE COMING! Updates are being worked on! It’s gonna take some time to get them polished enough to upload, but they’re worth the wait, I promise! I offer screens of new features to satiate you until then.

I was bored, so... ManutKat.

"Our work is never over" they said.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
