It has come to my attention that a new Sonic.EXE game dropped fairly recently, and it has completely plagiarized my own Sonic.EXE project, Sonic.EXE: Breath of Life.
Formerly, I cancelled the game, but it has resumed development recently. I released a demo version of it November 1st, just a week ago.
However, this new fangame took all the assets and coding of my game and did a slight re-skin of it. It's fine to look at my game's coding if you need a reference for how to learn coding, but this is identical to my own completely without my permission.
What's worse? Multiple playthroughs have appeared of this fangame on YouTube praising the developer for his "work" on this game, where in actuality, it was my own handiwork I've been working on since 2020.
The plagiarism doesn't stop at Sonic.EXE: Breath of Life, however. The boss towards the end of the game uses coding I developed for Tikal.EXE and ToyStory.exe: Remastered and the credits sequence is the same one I used for Oldum77.EXE.
Please spread the word, everyone. I've been making games in my spare time to please everyone and this news upsets me deeply. Thank you for taking your time to read this.
