First news for “Salt Meat Factory”. The game was stolen by a “freegames” website from russia… in less than 24 hours.

This is the first time something like this happened to one of my games, as far as I am aware. Now “Salt Meat Factory” was a little something I did with two friends of mine(Lydia http://gamejolt.com/profile/lydiaschmidt1257/195600/ and Wingman https://twitter.com/Wingman2203) and we had a lot of fun making it.

The fact that it was stolen in less than 24 hours makes me kind of proud to be honest. Especially since the game got a lot of comments from people who enjoyed it for all its silliness, on that other site.

It would also be totally fine if that other site would have acknowledged us somewhere but they didn’t. Now you could argue “Why didn’t you put in some sort of link or logo?”…well because I did not think about something like this…so yeah I am just as guilty.

However all I can say is that we are really honored that the game seems to be so much fun that people actually want to pretend it is their own. ; )

Needless to say that all updates will only be available on this site(gamejolt) and nowhere else(yes we are more motivated now than ever before! ; D ).
