Yes, I’m back to the “Stone of Disaster”, but I’m not here to ‘criticize’ the Level Design, or give more compliments to this game’s originality.
Instead, I want to talk about the Main Attraction; the Mac Daddy that made me love this game EVEN MORE than I already have. The one thing that not only managed to spice up a Sonic Racing Game, but single-handedly managed to beef-up a Fan-Game, too.
The First BOSS that I never even expected; The “Tails Doll”.
Now, don’t expect for this review to be about the other bosses. (Because I haven’t made it that far at all.) The Tails Doll goes waaaaaaay back to the game “Sonic R”. It quickly became a creepypasta when people thought the Tails Doll was actually a cursed being that was meant to be trapped inside a Sonic R Disk.
And of all the EXE Games I’ve seen him in, this one greatly surpasses the fights that I’ve fought in the past with him. This boss is a “Rapid-Fire” type of boss, and it’s the most… satisfying boss fight I’ve ever fought him in. It’s not like the boss fight in the “Tails Nightmare Series” , where tails has these constant fights with the Tails Doll (and at one point, Sonic.exe), only to discover that it was all a disturbing dream created by… the Tails Doll.
This boss fight left me with an uneasy feeling all the way through. I mean, it didn’t feel right to have a dead corpse of Tails show up on the ground before fighting him. It makes it seem like Tails’ SOUL is being held captive somewhere within that creepy glowing red bulb above that doll’s head. But who knows… maybe when the next part of the game releases, they’ll be able to explain what this fight was even about, anyway.
But in the meantime, play this game for yourself.
If you have any theories about this game in particular, then I’d be happy to hear them.?
