Stopwatch Super Target: temporarily stops time or slows time for 5 seconds.
Also allows the ball to freeze time including the player, but when it touches any ball, it also starts moving.
This could be either very interesting or annoying in multiplayer.

I created AI players for PvP mode.
It will choose a random nearby target and try random methods to reach it.
