last night, I was VERY hungry. It was only 30-40 minutes until I start fasting again. In the kitchen cabinet, there was every type of lays (chips/crisps) and I took every single one, but a took one of each. I went to my room and shut the door, and I climbed up to my bunk bed, and I put the chips/crisps there. I ate them all, and today in the morning, I felt weird. and I sat down on the living room couch, and I opened YouTube. 2 and a half hours later (recently) I passed out cuz I held a fart for too long. just 11 minutes ago (12:00 PM), I woke up again. I shut the TV, and went to the toilet. when I sat down, my poop came BLASTING down (diarrhoea, level 3), and the poop then stopped, and another poop came outta my butt. This time, it couldn't land in the toilet. It took about a minute or two to come out. and then I forced it to come out with the water. and then after wiping, my stomach was in PAIN. it still is.
