Heya, fellas! Here we are, brought back from the dead to inform of a certain doubt we will need your help with.

So, the programmer and I have been divided on a certain aspect of the upcoming demo due to difficulty, and that is about the storytelling cutscene poll!

Choice 1: Classic slides style

This option is how it has been for a long time, with the slight difference that if would have a more Deltarune aspect, like this:

In this one, I'd find it difficult because I'm no good at that spriting style and really would need a hand for these as I take care of- well, everything else in this fangame.

Choice 2: Animated characters style

This would be quite different, because instead of slides it would just use moving characters and scenes as the text tells the story. It's hard to explain, but for contrast imagine this scene fully animated as the text scrolls.

The problem with this one is that apparently it's really hard for the programmer to do, seriously hard.

So, we're divided because in either case we'd require assistance and that is why I'm closing this with you guys. We'll need either spriting help or coding help (and let's face it, we really need both anyways) to do one style or the other. I hope you will make happen the right choice.
