I ended up finding a bug within the first dungeon in where you could not leave to go back to town, I had moved the warp event one place to low, I will be making an update for that shortly. I appologize if it affected anyones game too much. (Also save files are not carried over with updates, so unless you want to mess with files to try and copy your save and risk something breaking, you will have to start over again, I appologize.)
