Progress this week:
Refactored code from the game jam to be more maintainable.
Lighting/color day/night cycle overhaul. Every single piece of “text” in the game now has its own color gradient that it uses through the day/night cycle.
Created a kick-butt character controller that lets the player switch between first person and third-person over the shoulder view.
Created a terrain shader. Now we’re using real Unity terrains rather than meshes for the ground.
