There's a difference between being strong and powerful. Sonic and Shadow are strong, but not too powerful. Anita have pure magic on her side. If she wants, she can be immortal and taking blows from both Sonic and Shadow, and with a snap of her fingers, she can send them both to who knows where? Sonic and Shadow can't have rings forever. Anita can snaps her fingers, then the Chaos Emeralds will disappear from Sonic and Shadow. Big oof for our two favorites.
