Swamp Sim -- V1.2 Release!


Swamp Sim Version 1.2 has just been released (yay!) Features include:

  • Shrektastic new animations for Shrek (no more animationless T-posed Shrek yay!)

  • Onions will now spawn randomly throughout the swamp instead of in predetermined positions (replayability yay)

  • Quite possible the shrexiest reward will be granted to you if you beat the game (prepare yourself lassies)

  • Some scary ambient music will play when Shrek is near + smashmouth

  • New game mode added: Ogredrive - It’ll be ogre before you know it

  • Random jumpscares added - ready to get shreked even harder?

  • Creepy visual effects increase intensity as player collects more onions - meant to be a tid bit disorienting

  • A ton of environmental details to the swamp

  • New main menu

  • New player mechanics - feels a lot smoother when running

  • Flashlight moves smoothly with mouse movement

  • Some other stuff I probably forgot to mention

I apologize for not posting anything lately - works been a burden recently and I haven’t really had much time to work on Swamp Sim as a result. But I finally finished it! The update we’ve all been waiting for! Pretty interesting having uploaded this so close to the holidays, so consider it my present to you! Enjoy Swamp Sim Version 1.2 lassies!
