This is a pic of Spider-Wolf wearing the Black Symbiote Suit (with purple outlines referencing the Earth-1610 version of the symbiote), which initially appeared in Amazing Spider-Man Issue 252. Now, it is likely that many of you are already aware, but after Shadow successfully defeated Black Doom (the leader of the Black Arms), he employed Chaos Control to transport the Black Comet into outer space. Subsequently, the Eclipse Cannon was discharged from the Space Colony ARK, annihilating the comet following Professor Gerald Robotnik's original intent. However, the Black Comet wasn't completely destroyed; at some point before Satoshi Kanemaru became Spider-Wolf, a fragment of the comet crash-landed right outside Tokyo, prompting Hexa (a parody of Oscorp) to investigate. The fragment contained an alien symbiote. When Spider-Wolf eventually had the symbiote suit, it enhanced his powers and gave him unlimited organic webbing, At first, he loved his new suit; he felt good, great, more than himself… that is, until he not only discovered that the suit is a living alien creature, but he also realized that it was also making him more violent to the point he would end up killing criminals (that's because Black Doom's initial intent was for the symbiote to bond with Shadow, making him its host)! Satoshi eventually removed the suit upon discovering its violent nature, which led to the creation of Spider-Wolf's most dangerous villain ever: Venom!
