None of the characters in here are playable in the original Darkstalkers 3/Vampire Savior release, but rather on the console versions and in Vampire Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2
Marionette and Shadow have no endings at all.
--- Dark Talbain (PS1 version onwards) Highlight Talbain, hold Select and press 3 punch/kick buttons at once.
Talbain's inner beast in form of a darker version of him, that appears in the his arcade run as the final boss. Besides his Dragon Cannon sprite, he has the exact same moveset and ending as normal Jon Talbain, but has a different final boss cutscene against the ladder.

--- Marionette: Highlight Random and press Start 7 times, press any button.
She makes you use the same character as your opponent every time, as forced mirror matches.
--- Shadow: Highlight Random and press Start 5 times, press any button
It first chooses a random character, but if you win a battle, you will take control of the opponent's character and they will lose access to it.
You can select the starting character by highlighting the desired one and pressing Start 3 times on them
--- Dee (Vampire: Darkstalkers Collection Only): After selecting VSAV2 or VHUNT2, highlight Random and press Start 9 times, then press any button.
Made as a representation of how Donovan would be if he were to be fully corrupted by his demon blood (like in his Vampire Hunter/Darkstalkers 2 ending) he shares Donovan's main qualities (like his sword abilities) but also shares some qualities with Demitri. He has his own cutscenes and ending.

--- Oboro Bishamon: Playable, highlight Bishamon, hold Start and press any button.
He is the secret boss in the original Darkstalkers 3 and he was made as a representation of how Bishamon would be if he really dominated and mastered the evil in his armor that tried to possess him. His normal version has him controlled by the armor instead.
In order to fight against him, you must complete your arcade run with Normal speed on, without losing a single stock, and finish 2 opponents with an specific EX Move. If you lose, it automatically plays the character's ending, leaving no continues.
