Team and game update

Greetings everyone!

First off we would like to apologize for the radio silece during the past couple of weeks. We have been very busy with other matters regarding the development of Heaven’s Point.

During the past weeks we have met with investors to discuss a potential financing solution for our team, Digital Punch. We are aiming to start up our own studio and are currently looking for investors to help us get started with everything.
Alot of focus has been put on this in the past weeks and unfortunately the development progress of Heaven’s Point had to be paused for a moment in order to get the rest sorted out.

Starting a company means we need to focus on more things other than just game development. Such as maintaining the company, talking to investors/publishers, going to events and meetings etc.
We are really happy that things are starting to move in the right direction, but we still have a long way to go.

So, to sum it all up; development of Heaven’s Point is by no means halted, just paused in order to get our company up and running.
After we have obtained funds we will be working on Heaven’s Point at full speed!

Please be patient with us as we hope you understand our situation.
Developing games is our passion and we want to create the best games possible, but the reality is that there is alot of business to take care of outside of just developing a game when you want to run a company.

Oh, and we also sent in our game to the “Independent Games Festival” competition!

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
