DRY WARIO

Dry Wario was originally going to appear in the nightshift, his mechanic wasn't decided, this was actually the first ever pic made for the game. He was scrapped due to not making any sense in the story, he would have reappeared as a forshadowing easter egg but never did.

Spoiler for the true ending ahead

Dry Wario actually appeared in the true ending since the true ending is a recreation of the fnaw 3 good ending.

UNUSED LUIGI MECHANIC AND RENDER

Originally, Luigi was gonna act just like Waluigi, he would just stand at the hallway until he loses interest when the door is closed long enough, this was changed to him running when spotted to make his encounter more stressful.

Old backdoor mechanics

Originally, the peephole was blocked by a cover and the backdoor getting blocked was only used for Waluigi, Luigi had to be scared away by staring at him by looking at him through the peephole, closing the door won't do anything and he will just stay, Waluigi will kill you if you look at him so you have to block the door if you think he's there, these mechanics were never used since the game was already way too hard.
