Welp, I am too late to talk about this, like Shiro said in his post, but it does even matter now?

I believe it's only right for me to say this, right now. Although I doubt more than a select few would care, and I believe that Dusttrust could have been one of the best fangames around 2020, but sadly that changed between those years, but...

The community's curiosity quickly turned into an obsession when the demo got released, the community was so hyped up that it killed dusttrust due to the massive leaks, basically they killed the project they were waiting.

Later, it happened a massive change of owners due to the stress of owning something as big as dusttrust. (because we must remember that dusttrust was in most likely a cycle of owner changes and eras)

They took it out of the world and they brought it into it again, a lot of times.

But after all, Dilly finally ended up the cycle of dusttrust and she will be the owner of dusttrust, no more new eras, no more new reboots. Probably because she wanted that the cycle ends and that dusttrust finally rests in peace, we must remember something, y'all, nothing ever last forever.

I'm not mad at her, in fact, I am happy that she managed to finally end up this, not in the way we exactly wanted, but at least she did it, she did it for the community and for everyone that worked on dusttrust, so they could have their deserved freedom. (And yes, I do know that there are people that were waiting since 2018, but sometimes is just better to let something go, even though that we don't want it, we can't exactly do anything about it.)

It's a real shame that everyone, including me, only noticed that after dusttrust was taken away.

I am proud of being inside the dusttrust history and being able to archive all the things I could get from dusttrust, and right now, I'll also let it rest in peace, since dusttrust deserved that for a long time ago.

Dusttrust got abused a lot by the community and some people that sadly have done those mistakes, I am not calling out anyone because it doesn't even matter now, not anymore. The obession with dusttrust got the best of us, and we didn't know.

This community will heal from their deep wounds, I hope so.

And those who are worried that the dusttrust community will die, we must remember the takes that are getting worked on such as: Dusttrust Finale, Dusttrust Red Revision, OurDusttrust and some other takes that will continue dusttrust and finally complete its legacy. This community will keep being alive until its time to die will arrive.

And finally, it all ends here. For good.
