Hour based gameplay, switching between Free Roam tasks and Office Shifts each hour.
The ending you got in Act 2 will carry over to 3, along with it's consequences.
Flashlight battery will persist between the hours, make sure to manage it well!
Vent Covers can be damaged by animatromics, this will also persistent between hours, so be wary!

ACT 3 Is a direct continuation of Act 2, including difficulty. act 2 is also very important to 3's story, so if you haven't played it yet, I'd definitely recommend checking it out before you play Act 3! (..if not, that's okay too! It'll probably be pretty confusing though)
