a meteor once hit bikini bottom. when locals came to investigate all they found was a sticky residue left by the meteor.Days passed and people in bikini bottom started reporting people acting strange, creey , or stalking other people.The city after so much reports decide to put cameras around the city to see what was going on, They saw what seemed to be spuno shapeshifting into other fishes, the locals confronted spuno but spuno declared that he was hanging out with parv that day. After that various dissaperances started occuring. The city had it!!!!! Everybody in bikini bottom started patroling the streets day and night until they find the one responsible for all these incidents.

Fishes say that the city still hasn't found the one responsible for all these crimes and dissaperances.Most peoples eyes and fingers and pointing towards spuno, since he was the one sphapeshifting that night, but after all all the city can do is wait........and wait........and wait....
