Evil Javier hired the Destroyed as a member of the Crew of Darkness. Evil Javier and the Destroyed were considered old allies. Evil Javier was taking control of the Destroyed and making him his puppet. The Destroyed was being ordered around by Evil Javier and simply followed his orders. Why did Classic Javier took control of the Destroyed and made him his puppet? It's better not to know. Well, least they both used to be good allies and worked together as the Crew of Darkness, along with the Soul Eater, right? Yes, Jeffrey and the Destroyed were indeed good allies to be villains.
