It looks like an Freddy/Fredbear creature! It isnt Phantom Chica or Scraptrap either!

Look at the shape of his head! Its from Dreadbear!

It even has skeleton hands!

So my guess is: That that animatronic is: Dreadbear!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.
