Fixed camera not following the player when jumping on elevators

Health and stamina icons no longer blink when loading a checkpoint
Blinking of HUD elements is now always in sync
Bouncing bubbles now have slightly wider collision
Pushable statues no longer slide off ledges
After pushing a statue off a ledge, there is now a brief period during which the player can’t fall off said ledge while still holding direction key (letting go of the key and pressing again bypasses this)
Player can resume movement sooner after an attack
Player can no longer pick up treasure, items etc. while dead
Enemies now chase you on slopes properly
Enemies now die when falling out of the level more consistently
Multiple enemies can now be hit with a single swing
Thrown great axes no longer change their trajectory mid-air outside of hard mode
Miners now lose aggro when out of range
Miners no longer fling themselves off platforms when attacking
Bombs thrown by miners no longer explode on contact when attempting to return to sender
Bombs no longer explode on contact with invisible ghosts
Bombs can now trigger pressure plates
Bomb guys are no longer affected by gravity during their dash
Bandits (dagger spam dudes) have new hard mode behavior
Explosions break destructible tiles from a bit further away
Ladders now pull you from slightly further away when attempting to climb them
Spiky platforms/flipboards are now consistently solid/damaging from respective sides
Stepping on a trapped/leaf platform causes nearby ones to break as well now
Invisible platforms are now revealed when bumping into them from any direction
Invincibility cloak can now be used mid-air
Rapier can now break fake walls
Quitting to world map now places you next to the chapter you returned from instead of last cleared chapter
Almost every chapter in the game has a Second Quest variant now

The reason why this took so long to release is at the end of the list. Also, that part is not finished yet. Consider this a part 1 of a bigger update. (a teaser?)
