First, he selects his target. He usually excludes SDS though, for mind-games. Then, he proceeds to send each atom of their body to their own dimensions of pain. However, each atom is made immortal. He gives the atoms the ability to feel pain, and that pain is shared across the soul of the target. This maximizes the agony of the target. Then, the target will remain in that very condition, until his ultramatter powers are somehow taken away.
