The Gunshot on the hole, or his arm ripped off on the first side was Rinny after he stops her and left her behind, and The Slash and The Scar of his right eye sockets was he fighting Elma was trying to calm down after she found his magic eye, so he cannot teleport, but he can use telekinesis and gaster blasters to survive.
