The first public build is finally here!


Really excited to announce that Alpha 1.0 of our arcade game about the Steam Sales is ready for release! It’s about silly parody, throwing your wallet at things and mass consumerism! Early work-in-progress and likely to change a lot over time. Your feedback could help steer the future development of this game so please let us know your thoughts! :)

Been working on this idea for a while now, and I kept telling myself “it’ll be ready by the next Steam Sale”. Well no more stalling, it’s time to put this out there for the public! I’ve teamed up with a programming partner (Alex N.) and we’ll be releasing new versions of this as they’re developed.

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
