The Fortress Canceled :(


Due the lack of interest “The Fortress” get cancelled it only achieved six downloads by twenty days (which were made the first two days) there is no reason to hope it get better.

May this do not be seen as a complaint, I understand some times the games just do not work and I perfectly know this game is not the big deal

What I think failed:

  1. Even when I feel satisfied with the graphics made by myself they do not have any appeal (style or originality).

  2. The hook of the game (the reason what you play it) was supposed to be the feel of exploring and adventure of arrive to an unknown world without knowing that to do or where to go but also there must be an a clue, a motivation and I think there is the main fail.

Thanks to anyone who interested in my game and I am very sorry to have left it unfinished I feel I am not in level to make a great adventure game.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
