Hello folks! A couple days ago on my livestream, I floated the idea of possibly doing another art contest. Well here it is!

Remember these drawings from the East Hall? They're mighty interesting! Wouldn't it be even more interesting if they were covered in FAN CHARACTERS??

Come up with your own Friedrich's original character, draw them, and post them with #FriedrichFanCharacter! The winners will have their art appear in Five Nights at Friedrich's (the full game) as an East Hall easter egg! Additionally, your art will be featured in full-view in the Extras menu! Your GJ name will also appear in the credits, of course.

Submissions are open from RIGHT NOW until JUNE 22ND, 2025 @ 11:59PM ET.

There are 33 possible slots to fill, so there could be up to 33 winners! There also won't be a voting poll this time, I'll just be picking the winners myself!

RULES

- Submissions MUST be posted on Game Jolt with #FriedrichFanCharacter in the post title or description. If you don't do this, I won't be able to find your submission!

- It's highly encouraged you post in the Fan Character Submissions channel of the Friedrich's Community so more people can see it! This isn't required, but it's good for visibility!

- Artwork must depict a Friedrich's-inspired fan character. Make sure they feel connected to the Friedrich's universe in some way. When in doubt, give a FNAF character stupid eyeballs and teeth and name them something German. Feel free to write up a little backstory for your character too.

- If you've already created a fan character, you can draw them for this contest!

- Keep in mind these drawings need to fit on the sheets of paper in the East Hall. A vertical resolution like 600x700 is recommended.

- ANY ARTSTYLE is allowed. It doesn't have to be in a "child drawing" style. 3D, pixel art, do whatever you want.

- Up to 2 submissions per account are allowed. That said, it's not guaranteed that both of your submissions will win, no package deals! Try to keep them in the same post so I can keep track easier.

- No having multiple characters in a single drawing, one character per drawing.

- Collaboration is allowed! For example, if you want to draw someone else's fan character, or if you want to get another artist to draw your character, that's fine! Just please make sure to get the proper permissions from any collaborators, and tag them in your post so I can credit them if necessary! Also, try to avoid drawing a character that's already been drawn. I wanna see variety!

- Nothing inappropriate please, keep it PG. If you draw your characters doing something edgy, then Youtubers will have to work their editors overtime to censor it. Don't make them do that.

- By submitting a drawing under the above conditions, you agree to have your creation potentially become featured in Five Nights at Friedrich's (the full game). If you ever wish to have your drawing removed from the game, let me know!
