I've been playing ALOT of Fallout: New Vegas recently (Yes I'm still working on Dumb Smiles) and been coming across this "mod" called "Fallout: The Frontier", and seeing the reviews, I thought to myself: "Is it that bad?". From the couple hours of my playthrough, yes. Yes it is.
For me half of it doesn't make sense how entire armies with technological advantages would need a random courier from the Mojave, but I haven't finished it yet.
