There are currently 4 rarities.
Common - 65% rarity
Rare - 24% rarity
Epic - 10% rarity
Legendary - 1% rarity
Common skins are simple; they change the looks, sometimes the sounds, otherwise they are fundamental (does not stop them from being cool!)
Rare skins change a little more and are overall more "special" feeling, otherwise they are similar to Common
Epic skins change a lot, visuals, sounds, and some even might have special flares. (Or are they just joke skins that exist to be funny)
Legendary skins... are very unique, they can alter mechanics to make gameplay more... interesting.. There is currently 1 confirmed legendary skin, and since it's that time of the month... here is a little teaser.

The initial release of OVERCLOCKED will come with at least 1 skin for every character. So don't worry about your favourite characters missing out.
As for HOW many skins will be released, it will be a decent amount, not too much, not too little, don't worry about it taking up much development time, skins do not take long to make, the power of 3D models!
I enjoy being very open on this project and seeking feedback from people, but I am still hiding a lot from you all. In due time, all will be revealed.
