I finished making the game. I don’t expect any praise for it, but it was fun working on this for #gbjam3. I’ll add music tomorrow, when I can. For now, this is the game! I hope people comment on it, and if there’s anyone who can help me fix/clean up the Puzzlescript code for it that would be great. XD

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
