I thought that it would be better if i recorded the whole process, so this is what happened after the third reset.
-The fade ins and fadeouts don't load in the "inspired by the works of..." screen and the title screen.
-When selecting Main Menu or Continue, the screen cuts to black with a fade out transition. No fade in loaded there yet.
I loaded back my game, and the music was back again. I decided NOT to go at Luna's Library, but to explore the Rapadagna Guild.
I explored some rooms and got some more quests to do in the future.
Now when i get out of there and go to the right...
It just displays this screen again. no music, no player spawn point, just the camera aiming at the moon in the center of it.
At this point, this discovery is almost being like a Creepypasta of sorts, but in a indie fangame. If anything else, i'll keep you updated on the situation whenever i can.
For now, what i can say is: Don't go near Luna's Library while holding a "Memory Crystal". Your game will get glitched one way or another if you do that.
