The Manila Room is something that appears in level 0's generation, it was discovered by a MEG Agent and they put some files on how to noclip, unlike level 0 you can actually see other people here however you cant physically touch them, the manila room is a dark yellow room with light bulb's scattered all other the roof, as if it was like a sprite sheet for the full level 0.
