Pacifist:

In the pacifist ending, Rio gets to the door and it opens instantly, and keeps open after that, leaving an escape for the Creations to leave.

Neutral:

In the neutral ending, Rio gets to the door and it opens very slowly, Rio then leaves and then the door closes after that.

Genocide:

In the genocide ending, Rio gets to the door and it doesn't open, Madsune then convinces Rio to use his fire powers to destroy the door, Rio does so and destroys the door.
