# The Constitution of the Unified Kingdom of Valoria, Ostravya, and the Autonomous Territories
## Preamble
We, the people of the Unified Kingdom of Valoria, Ostravya, and the Autonomous Territories, recognizing the unity in diversity of our lands, the need for stable governance, and the enduring values of liberty, justice, and equality, do hereby establish this Constitution to define and safeguard our constitutional elective monarchy and its institutions.

## Article I: The Nature of the State
1. The Unified Kingdom of Valoria, Ostravya, and the Autonomous Territories (hereinafter referred to as "the Kingdom") is a sovereign, constitutional elective monarchy.
2. Sovereignty resides in the people, who delegate authority to the Crown, Parliament, and other constitutional institutions in accordance with this Constitution.
3. The Kingdom shall uphold the principles of democracy, the rule of law, and the protection of human rights.

## Article II: The Crown
### Section 1: The Role of the Monarch
1. The Monarch is the Head of State and symbolizes the unity and continuity of the Kingdom.
2. The Monarch shall:
- Uphold and respect the Constitution.
- Act as a neutral arbiter in times of national crisis.
- Perform ceremonial and representative duties.
### Section 2: Succession and Election
1. The Crown is elective, and the Monarch shall be chosen by the Royal Council of Electors, consisting of:
- Representatives from the Parliament.
- Delegates from Ostravya and each autonomous territory.
- The High Court of Valoria.
2. The term of the Monarch shall be 12 years, renewable once by re-election.
3. Candidates for the Crown must be citizens of the Kingdom, over 30 years old, and possess demonstrated integrity and dedication to the public good.
