The reason why is because the places each of them take place in are different locations, CT: The Feline Wars takes place in the Main World of the Tigerverse, while TBM, ACW, AAPB, Cruelness Crisis, and BW: Re-vengeance take place in the Malino world, many people visit there sometimes. But not all of them are innocent people, but dangerous monsters to avoid
