Almost three years ago, we published a tiny game called “The night Henry Allen died”. That small project was made for a thing called Adventure Jam and we only had a couple of days to work on it, so it wasn’t anything big or polished.
However, a few months later, that game would become the seed of what today is “A Place for the Unwilling”. In both games the story kicks off with the letter of a friend who would commit suicide shortly after writing it. They’re both isometric games that share a world as well as some characters, though in “The Night Henry Allen” died the world was limited to the rooms of the Allen mansion.
Henry Allen, and his family, are still a important part of the story in “A Place for the Unwilling”, and you’ll be able to visit the mansion that started all this three years ago. To celebrate that, here’s a small sneak peek of the new version.

And if you want to take a look at “The night Henry Allen died”, it’s still available on GameJolt.
